Joe T. Garcia and his wife opened their restaurant in 1935 with a seating capacity of only 16. Today the restaurant has grown to a seating capacity of over 1,000. Its patio is a garden filled with flowers, water fountains, and Spanish- style pergolas, creating a beautiful setting for enjoying a cold pitcher of margaritas with large groups of friends and family.

A major newcomer to the dining scene, Dallas-based Wild Salsa opened a Fort Worth location in One City Place in October, just in time for Dia de Los Muertos - the theme behind Wild Salsa that’s embraced everywhere from the sugar skulls to the Frida Kahlo images throughout. The thematic space, combined with a bar that opens up to the patio with red porch swings for seats, creates the perfect place to take down an Avocado Margarita.
