The name “mariposa” is the Spanish word for butterfly, which seems fitting. What started as a catering service transformed into a vibrant restaurant, Mariposa’s Latin Kitchen, led by mother-daughter team, Irma and Crystal Padilla. It was Irma’s vision to leave a legacy for her children, and through her culinary endeavors, she will do just that.

Enchilada’s Ole owner Mary Perez serves an array of enchiladas whose fillings range from cheese to chile brisket. She uses her own marinade, makes her own enchilada sauce every morning, and uses only fresh ingredients for her pico de gallo, salsa, and guacamole, just like her mom taught her.
