It may be a stretch to call them fries even though the stars of the plate are fried potatoes; additions of goat cheese, cheddar, bacon, truffle oil and a fried egg send this dish over the top.

Lili's Bistro Gorgonzola Fries
We lay awake at night thinking about Lili's seasoned waffle fries topped with cracked black pepper, green onions and melting crumbled Gorgonzola. They are alone worth the trip.
