This cool coconut and mint concoction is made with cruzan light rum, coconut puree, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, fizz and mint leaves. Enjoy it during Blue Sushi’s award-winning Happy Hour, which won Fort Worth Magazine’s Best Happy Hour of 2017, offering $7 signature cocktails, $4-$6 rolls, and other deals.
Mezcal is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from agave plants native to Mexico. Tortaco has over 90 different mezcals such as Don Amado, Del Maguey and El Jolgorio. It mixes mezcal with fresh fruit and juices to make cocktails like its signature Stinky Inky, made with dark rum, espadin mezcal joven, blueberry-strawberry puree, fresh-squeezed lemon and lime juice, and simple syrup.

What’s a better way to incorporate vegetables in your diet than to put them in a cocktail? Available both on the rocks and frozen, HG Sply Co.’s Double Under is made with beet-infused lunazul tequila, lime, cointreau, and rosemary turbinado.

While you’re escaping the heat at The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, stop by Cafe Modern to sip on this cocktail that’s only available for the summer. The Texas Sparkler is made with Deep Eddy Vodka, strawberries, mango liquor, lemon, lime, and prosecco.

This craft cocktail is made with Pusser’s Rum, Bacardi 8, El Dorado Rum, passion fruit juice, Caramelized pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine, Angostura, and Elemakule Tiki Bitters. Sit on High Tide’s patio to enjoy the warm weather while you sip this cocktail out of a tiki cup.
Meet Reata’s adult version of the classic drive-in beverage, made with Three Olives Cherry Vodka, house-made sweet and sour mix, grenadine, sweetened lime juice, and Sprite. This drink and many others can be enjoyed on Reata's rooftop bar.
Named after the infamous pirate, Blackbeard is The Bottom’s twist on a classic fizz, made with Tito’s vodka, fresh lemonade, bubbly water, and muddled blackberries.
Take a break from the heat in Thompson’s Bookstore, where its atmosphere is meant to take you away to another time with its “prohibition style vibe.” A cool setting must come with a cool drink: A Tramp Abroad is a signature cocktail made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, house-made ginger agave syrup, lemon juice, and mint. Head to Thompson’s Basement Bar, where you need a password to enter (found on its website or Facebook page) on Friday and Saturday, to get the full experience.
