Adding avocado to your grilled cheese sandwich (with melted gouda, cheddar and goat cheese) is one way to top off your sandwich. For a true cheese overload, add some bacon mac and cheese to the sandwich.

Press Cafe offers a simple grilled cheese sandwich served on artisan-style bread with, of course, a cup of tomato soup on the side.
