Crockett Row is growing again.
Crockett Row is growing again, as the West Seventh-area development announced the addition of four new restaurants and other specialty service providers Tuesday — one of them is opening this week. Here’s what’s new:
El Bolero Cocina Mexicana will open Friday. The casual Mexican restaurant by Apheleia Restaurant Group has two Dallas locations. Apheleia announced the Crockett Row location in 2017, along with sister restaurant Pakpao Thai, which is still to come. Popular menu items at El Bolero include tacos al pastor, shrimp ceviche, chile relleno and the signature black margarita known as The Oilman with Código 1530 tequila, lime juice, charred agave and Napoleon Mandarin.
Cinnaholic opened with long lines on Jan. 11. The gourmet bakery specializes in made-to-order cinnamon rolls, made entirely of plant-based ingredients. The vegan cinnamon rolls come in a wide variety of flavors like amaretto, maple and cake batter, as well as toppings like marshmallows, graham crackers and pie crumbles.
Toasted Coffee + Kitchen will be a restaurant and bar featuring a variety of gourmet toasts, specialty sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts, according to a news release. It should open this summer. One toast, called Smokey The Salmon Toast, comes topped with lox, mango-habanero cream cheese, cucumbers and onion sprouts.
Concrete Cowboy is expected to open later this year as well. It will have a full bar and a hearty menu of shareables and entrées ranging from Mac & Cheese Squares and Shrimp Bites to the Mac & Cheese Burger and Texas Chicken Fried Steak.

Hiatus Spa + Retreat is opening this summer. The award-winning Texas day spa will feature 14 treatment rooms, including a couple’s suite and a nail therapy lounge with four zero-gravity chairs.
Sol Sunless will open an airbrush tanning studio later this year. The certified staff at Sol Sunless will use a premium private label sunless solution to provide custom airbrush and spray booth tanning services.
PNC Bank will also open a branch later this year in Crockett Row. The bank will offer personal and business financial services.
