A new restaurant serving up healthy takes on classic dishes is set to open before the end of the year in Southlake.
Unleavened Fresh Kitchen announced Wednesday it will open three locations in the Fort Worth-Dallas area, with the first expansion happening in Southlake Town Square (the other two locations have not yet been finalized). The fast casual restaurant, whose original location is in Lakewood Shopping Center in Dallas, will offer dishes tailored to the health-conscious and those with dietary restrictions.
Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Unleavened will provide a variety of dishes made from scratch daily. The breakfast menu features savory items like wraps and potato hash as well as sweet dishes like berry oatmeal. Lunch and dinner options will include wraps, sides and dips like spicy avocado. Locally sourced beer and wine will also be available on tap to enjoy with a meal.
Designed to encourage guests to put their feet up and stay for a while, the restaurant will have ample natural light with exposed wood and signature painted accents.
“We believe folks in Texas are increasingly looking for food that makes them truly feel good, and we're confident Unleavened will be a welcome addition to the Town Square and the Southlake community overall,” co-owner Scott Piland said.
