Congratulations, you made it through Dry January (whereby you abstain from all alcohol consumption for the first month of the new year). Now time to celebrate with a round of drinks — or two. Deciding where to go for happy hour to get the best bang for your buck can sometimes be overwhelming, so we've rounded up some of the best deals in Fort Worth.
Blue Mesa Grill
612 Carroll St.
Fort Worth has an abundance of Mexican restaurants and places to grab a margarita, but the only place where you can get $3 margs and free quesadillas from 4-7 p.m. is Blue Mesa Grill. Be careful though — just because the drink is $3 doesn't mean it's not strong.
What to Drink: House Margarita
Cane Rosso
815 W. Magnolia Ave.
The Neapolitan pizzas here are normally priced between $13 to $16, but during happy hour, a select few are $5-7, and all speciality cocktails are $5. Staying true to its Italian roots, Cane Rosso also offers the Italian beer, Peroni.
What to Drink: Peroni Beer or any speciality cocktail
Cru Food and Wine Bar
5188 Marathon Ave.
If you're looking to ease back into drinking and want to find a happy hour that offers deals on wine, Cru is the spot. Cru's happy hour is weekdays from 4-6:30 p.m., and it offers $3 off wine by the glass and small plates starting at $5.

HG SPLY Co
1621 River Run
Appetizers are half off and range from $3-6, while select cocktails are $5, and draft beer is $3. Ask about the fruit-infused cocktails.

Los Vaqueros
3105 Cockrell Ave., 2629 North Main St.
Los Vaqueros offers all-day happy hour on Wednesdays to help get you over the hump of the week — the purple-hued Frogarita is $3. Regular happy hour is from 4-7 p.m., Monday through Friday, with half off the house margarita and draft beer.
What to Drink: Frogarita
Mash'd
2948 Crockett St.
Mash'd doesn't believe happy hour should only happen once a day. That's why it offers regular happy hour from 3-6 p.m. and reverse happy hour from 9 p.m. to close Tuesday through Saturday. And because Mondays are rough, it's happy hour all day. For those who are daring, try any of the moonshines.
What to Drink: Moonshine
R Taco
3516 Bluebonnet Circle, 3206 Winthrop Ave.
Newer taco shop, R Taco, has two locations in Fort Worth and offers some dangerously strong margaritas at extremely low prices during happy hour. Happy hour is from 3-7 p.m. here — drinks and sides are half off, which makes “splurging” on the skinny marg more than justifiable.
