Taco Heads is going East.
The popular Fort Worth taco joint will open its first Dallas location at 1921 N. Henderson Ave. in early June.
“We love the Henderson location – the street, the neighborhood and the close-knit community vibe,” Taco Heads' founder and owner Sarah Castillo said in a statement. “We've been greeted by so many of the restaurants with open arms which makes this small town girl feel right at home.”
The new restaurant will feature a dog-friendly patio, an open-air dining room and a private dining area.
Locals will be able to preview Taco Heads' breakfast tacos, chicken, veggie and more starting May 17 thanks to the Taco Heads Dallas food truck.
“We're passionate about serving the community scratch-made, real food,” Castillo said in a statement. “We do everything in-house, and these recipes are passed down from my grandmother, mother and my aunts.”
Back in the Fort, Taco Heads is also currently building its Near Southside location at South Main Street.
