Ingredients
1 can peeled whole tomatoes
1 red onion, peeled and chopped
1 jalapeño, with seeds (remove stem)
3 lemons, juiced
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. This is a smooth, hot sauce style salsa. If your jalapeño is too spicy, simply add more tomatoes. If your salsa is too mild, add more jalapeño peppers. This salsa is great prepared the night before.
