2018 is coming quicker than you know it. Here are just a few ways to ring in the new year.

The Foundry District’s Violet Room is hosting a 1920s-themed circus party featuring immersive performances, life-size animal art installations, an era-inspired photobooth, and two full-service bars. While general admission is $40, VIP tickets are also available starting at $100 and include a private bar, reserved seating, and a private burlesque show. The festivities begin at 9 p.m.

One of the newest openings in the West Seventh Street area, Ampersand, will host a masquerade ball on New Year’s Eve, complete with confetti cannons and burlesque dancers. A $20 general admission ticket will get you a mask, hors d’oeuvres, and champagne at midnight when the balloons drop. The party starts at 8 p.m.

Topgolf is having a gold-themed party with a chef-inspired menu, music, dancing and, of course, Topgolf gameplay. The event begins at 9 p.m. and ends at 1 a.m. with a complimentary toast at midnight. General reservations begin at $225 and include heated bays accommodating up to eight guests. VIP options are also available.

Del Frisco’s is regularly one of the top see-and-be-seen spots on New Year’s Eve thanks to delicious food and an opulent Roaring ‘20s vibe. Celebrate with a $90 four-course prix fixe menu that includes oysters with caviar mignonette. Celebrate with a champagne toast at midnight.

With a shot block, cash and prize balloon drop, confetti cannons and a champagne toast at midnight, the West Seventh-area bar will begin its festivities at 8 p.m. Regular entry tickets are $15, while VIP tickets are $45 and include access to the balcony with a private bar and restroom, as well as complimentary champagne, beer and appetizers until 10 p.m.

One of the newest restaurants in The Shops at Clearfork, City Works will offer a premium bar until 1 a.m, appetizers, “midnight brunch” and a photobooth. Tickets are $60.

Texas Republic is hosting its celebrations with DJs, a $1,000 cash prize and balloon drop, confetti cannons and a champagne toast at midnight. Regular entry tickets are $20. Additionally, $25 VIP tickets include quick entry into the event and a beer and champagne bar. The party starts at 8 p.m.

A $50 ticket to Bar Louie’s annual New Year’s Eve party will include music from DJ Phanz and DJ Leny, four drink tickets, party favors and a midnight toast. The event begins at 8 p.m.
