On Aug. 1 the Cultural District will gain a new fitness member when bodybar Fitness studio opens its doors at 3232 West 7th Street. This marks the fourth location for bodybar, which already has locations in Dallas, Plano and Southlake.
The equipment-based boutique fitness regimen uses Reformer machines for High Intensity Training. Inspired by Pilates, classes aim to burn fat, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility while also releasing all the feel-good chemicals stored in your brain.
The franchise owners of the West 7th location are Fort Worth residents Kamille and Matthew McCollum.
“Fort Worth is such an amazing city and the fitness community has taken over. We cannot wait to join the other athletes in the area and serve Fort Worth together,” said Kamille McCollum in a press release.
Bodybar Fitness Fort Worth will celebrate grand opening week with three free classes per client from Aug. 1 – 7 and 10-packs of classes for just $180. Regular monthly unlimited memberships start at $175/month. Classes range from 40 to 60 minutes.
Check the bodybar Facebook page for all the grand opening details.
