1. Friday on the Green
It's Friday on the Green again, so head over to the Near Southside for live music, four independent short films, local artisan goods, food, wine, and beer. Entry to The Green is totally free to the public and there is even free parking available. All you need is a blanket or maybe some chairs, and the people you enjoy the most for this community "picnic." Pets and children welcome, outside food and beverages are not. Don't leave your wallet behind, support your local vendors.

2. M.A.D.E. Open House
The third annual Music, Arts, Drinks, and Eat – Open House hosted by Stage West Theatre is upon us. The theatre welcomes you to explore their space, meet local artists, listen to area musicians, and enjoy “eats” from Taco Heads, Brewed, Stir Crazy Baked Goods, Hot Damn, Tamales!, Stage West Café Collective Brewing Project, Martin House Brewing, and Rahr & Sons Brewing. Admission is on a “pay-what-you-can” basis, but they kindly recommend $10.

3. V Market Pop-Up
V Market's pop-up is a collection of DFW's most environmentally-friendly goods, unique finds, and gourmet products from vegan and vegan-friendly establishments. You can enjoy cocktails while you shop, it doesn't get much better than that. This is sure to be a deliciously good time. Get out, eat local, and bring $5 for the raffle.
