Friday, Oct. 12

Spook’d, 3-10 p.m.
Running now through Halloween, Spook’d brings the Halloween spirit to WestBend with an interactive exhibit that puts visitors in iconic scenes from films like “The Birds,” “Ghostbusters” and “The Shining.” Find Spook’d between Bonobos and Drybar.

Saturday, Oct. 13

Smoked Fort Worth, 2–6 p.m.
Put your dancing boots on and bring your appetite to the Fort Worth Stockyards this weekend to enjoy barbecue from 18 of the best joints across the Lone Star State, from Fort Worth’s own Heim to Austin’s Hardcore Carnivore. Oh, and there will be live music and Armadillo races too.

Grow Fall Festival, 1–4 p.m.
Head to the Fort Worth Botanic Garden for pumpkins, games, painting, photo booths and exploration stations. Tour the veggie garden and plant a pumpkin seed, or sit back and listen to stories celebrating fall’s quintessential fruit.

FWFlavor, 5–8 p.m.
Indulge your sweet-tooth fantasies and get in touch with your community at The Shops at Clearfork for an ice cream social. Along with sweet treats, the event will also serve light bites and cocktails as you meander around the shops and mingle with other guests.

Family Pumpkin Days, 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Over 70 acres of activities, rides and entertainment stretch across Mainstay Farm during Family Pumpkin Days. Take a hay ride through the Christmas Tree Farm, jump on a giant jumping pillow or visit the Haymarket for holiday decorations and gifts. Guests can also venture through hundreds of pumpkins in the pumpkin patch to find the perfect jack-o-lantern.

Beer and Yoga, 12:30–1:30 p.m.
Grab your yoga mat and burn calories before enjoying some of the highest quality beer in Fort Worth at Martin House Brewing Company. Vinyasa yoga classes take place alongside the tranquil Trinity River.

The Clearfork Fall Market, 8 a.m.–noon
Get up early for this family-oriented event filled with over 30 local merchants, artisans and farmer’s market vendors at Heart of the Ranch at Clearfork.

Saturday, Oct. 14

2018 Fort Worth Clamato Michelada Festival, noon–8 p.m.
This free, multicultural event, taking place at General Worth Square, will feature live music, food and a competition for the best Clamato Michelada competitions. And yes, there will be sampling.

Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 13-14

Christmas in Cowtown, 10 a.m.–1 p.m., 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
Santa will be at Christmas in Cowtown this weekend at the Will Rogers Memorial Center for cocoa and cookies. Get your picture taken with the man in red before you peruse local vendors around the holiday gift market.

2018 Bell Fort Worth Alliance Air Show, 9 a.m–5 p.m.
The Bell Fort Worth Alliance Air Show is back at Alliance Airport this weekend, featuring performances by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and Canadian Forces Snowbirds Air Demonstration Squadrons. Historic displays, interactive exhibits and simulators will also be on the grounds. Bring your littles to the Kids Zone for the “world’s largest inflatable slide.”
