Johnny Was Clothing Store to Open Friday at Clearfork

The Shops at Clearfork

Fresh off the opening of its first standalone store in Tarrant County (located at Southlake Town Center), high-end clothier Johnny Was announced that another location will be opening at The Shops at Clearfork on Friday.

Established in 1987 in Southern California, Johnny Was features a collection of clothing and accessories designed by artisan craftsman from around the world. Known for luxe embroidery and fabrics, the collection is a free-spirited, boho-chic mix of one-of-a-kind kimono jackets, signature scarves and refined leather accessories. The 1,822-square-foot showroom will be located on Monahans Avenue next to Neiman Marcus.

Two other additions to the The Shops at Clearfork recently opened as well. The new day spa, milk + honey, is now open on Marathon Avenue near Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Services include massage, facials, body treatments, peels, waxing, natural nail therapy and a full range of salon treatments. The Austin transplant has grown to include a collection of day spas throughout Texas and a nationally available line of bath, body and skincare.

Another retailer, XAR Clothier, opened a 3,210-square-foot location next to Tiffany & Co. The upscale boutique first opened in 2012 in Southlake, selling a collection of men’s and women’s designer pieces inspired by the culture and style of New York City and London.
