The Shops at Clearfork continues to grow its list of fashion retail tenants with the addition of a popular luxury brand, along with a smaller boutique that's built a name in Dallas.
Tory Burch will open a 2,400-square-foot space in the development in September, carrying handbags, shoes, accessories and other items. The store will also feature personal stylists for customers. According to a news release, the space will be designed with "an inviting, residential feel, drawing inspiration from Tory’s home," featuring signature details like orange lacquer doors and green awnings, along with basketweave-patterned Travertine floors and oak panel walls. This will be the brand's 10th store in Texas.
Additionally, women's clothing boutique Mill No. 3, known for its understated styles and neutral colors, is expected to open in the development in the fall. This will be the company's third store, the other two located in Dallas and Austin.
The Shops at Clearfork, located in southwest Fort Worth off Chisholm Trail Parkway, is a 500,000-square-foot retail, entertainment and dining center anchored by the already-opened Neiman Marcus. Other retail tenants slated to open are Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Tiffany & Co. Future restaurant tenants include rise n°3, B&B Butchers and Restaurant, and Mesero. An AMC Theatres and Pinstripes entertainment center are also expected to open later this year.
