What's Opening Soon
Also opening on Monahans Avenue near City Works Eatery & Pour House, this 3,897-square-foot restaurant will open mid-December and serve hand tossed, coal-fired brick oven pizzas, calzones, salads and desserts. It will also offer an array of local craft beers and wine.
Opening on Monahans Avenue next to Tommy Bahama, this workout facility is 2,314 square feet and will open in January. Using the science behind physical therapy and intense interval training sessions, The Bar Method combines the muscle conditioning fundamentals of isometrics and body-elongating dance training to help create a lean, sculpted body.

A 4,496-square-foot shop on Monahans Avenue next to Amorino Gelato, “Sugarboo” was the nickname artist Rebecca Puig gave her children. She opened Sugarboo's first store five years ago as a wholesaler of gift items. The Fort Worth shop carries handmade gifts by Puig such as creative signs, artsy prints, photo boxes, frames and more.
This Southlake-born barber shop opened a 1,515-square-foot location between Malai Kitchen and Tommy Bahama, sporting its signature 1920s country club atmosphere with plush leather seating, pool tables, chessboards and complimentary beverages. The shop offers haircuts, shaves and spa services.
Located on Monahans Avenue next to Burberry, this 2,300-square-foot store sells hand-picked diamonds, designer jewelry and watches. The Clearfork boutique is an authorized merchant of Rolex and provides pieces from a variety of collections including Penny Preville, Phillips House, Lisa Nik and Mikimoto.
Between Louis Vuitton and Tory Burch is Ylang 23, a 2,200-square-foot shop focused on original jewelry designs by designers like Jennifer Meyer, Cathy Waterman and Irene Neuwirth, as well as up-and-coming designers like Raphaele Canot, Yannis Sergakis and Selim Mouzannar.
Between Neiman Marcus and City Works Eatery & Pour House is this 1,838-square-foot shop, which specializes in shirts designed to be worn untucked. The retailer originally targeted men's clothing when it opened in 2011 but has since expanded to include T-shirts, polos, athletic wear and outerwear for men, women and children.
Amerisleep offers eco-friendly mattresses made from high performance, smart materials meant to enhance sleep. The 1,974-square-foot shop is on Marathon Avenue by Luna Grill.
