The Riordan-McKenna Institute (RMI) is hosting a public educational seminar on the latest advances in adult stem cell therapy on Saturday, October 10th from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas.
RMI offers proprietary, non-surgical stem cell treatments for people with orthopedic conditions such as knee pain, shoulder injuries, arthritis, and tendon and ligament ailments including sports injuries. These treatments are designed to enhance the body's natural ability to heal and can result in eliminating or delaying the need for surgery.
RMI also offers combination therapy of surgery, proprietary biologic products, and adult stem cells from the patient's own bone marrow. Studies have shown that stem cell-augmented surgery can result in faster, more complete healing while minimizing infections. The Riordan-McKenna Institute's website is www.rmiclinic.com.
All patients at RMI are thoroughly evaluated and treated by board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Wade McKenna. Dr. McKenna has performed over 20,000 orthopedic surgeries and is an early adopter of stem cells and other biologics in orthopedics.
Neil Riordan, PhD, a true pioneer in applied stem cell research, founded the Stem Cell Institute in Panama City, Panama in 2007. The Institute, in conjunction with Medistem Panama located in the prestigious City of Knowledge in Panama is performing clinical trails using human umbilical cord stem cells for the treatment of autism, cerebral palsy, heart failure, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and spinal cord injury. The Institute's website is www.cellmedicine.com. Riordan also founded Medistem, Inc., a publically traded stem cell biotechnology company that was sold to Intrexon in 2014.
