Village Homes announced today plans for a “luxury townhome community” called The Retreat at Waterside.
An 18,000-square-foot beer garden, live music venue and dog park will open March 8 in the location formerly occupied by Capital Bar.

Stay with me on this one. West Berry Street restaurant Americado, which announced last week that it was closing after being open for less than a year, has now announced that it will reopen.
Meso Maya opened its second Fort Worth location in the historic Kress building downtown on Nov. 6. FWTX.com previously reported the news in November 2015, and the restaurant is finally ready for opening.
