The experience promises the ultimate in gastronomy paired with performance. Some of Fort Worth’s revered chefs collaborate for this rare occasion: Lanny Lancarte II, Jon Bonnell, Michael Thomson, Molly McCook, Blaine Staniford and Sarah Hooton present dishes not found elsewhere. The bonus: Each course is matched with a prized wine carefully chosen to complement the cuisine and its region of origin.
